Barrus RED universal testing machines
Barrus RED premium universal testing machines stand out in the market for their submicrometer displacement resolution. For ease of use, they are equipped with a touchscreen interface. They ensure the highest level of accuracy in speed, power, and displacement measurement. On top of that they offer an extended range of accessory options. Thanks to their modular design, they can be easily expanded with additional grips, platens, force measurement cells, extensometers - including video extensometers -, or even thermal chambers. They are suitable for measurement tasks in ranges below 5 N or above 5000 kN, using their single-column, dual-column. They are also available in versions with up to two working areas. Ideal for testing elastomers, rubber, or metals that require extraordinary precision.
Barrus Grey universal testing machines
Barrus GREY universal testing machines offer efficient, reliable solutions at an affordable price. They come equipped with servo motors, providing micrometer-level displacement resolution. The single- and dual-column frames, along with various force measurement cells, enable material tests between 5 N and 100kN loads or more. Whether it's about different speed ranges, dual testing spaces in dual-column machines, or other unique configurations, Barrus universal testing machines are capable of meeting all technical specifications.
Ivory universal testing machine software
All Barrus universal testing machines come with a full license to their proprietary Ivory software at no additional cost, eliminating the need for constant updates for test procedures. designed to simplify testing procedures, the software integrates seamlessly into existing workflows and comply with any applicable EN, ISO and ASTM standard.
Brinell hardness tester
The Brinell hardness tester is a robust and versatile solution for precision hardness testing on materials like aluminum and non-homogeneous substances. Featuring a force sensor-based closed-loop system, it handles loads from 62.5 kg to 3,000 kg, making it suitable for large or semi-finished pieces. Equipped with digital and analog optical systems, it has an intuitive LCD screen that displays hardness values, statistical data, and settings, with easy conversion to Rockwell, Vickers, Brinell, and Leeb scales. The XL version offers a 450mm working height and 250mm throat depth, and an optional Brinell impression examination system with a BullsEye camera. Data management is streamlined with RS-232 output.
Vickers hardness tester
The Vickers hardness tester is an essential tool for laboratories, particularly for testing steel. This versatile machine handles loads from 0.01 to 30 kg, including micro Vickers tests with precision down to a few grams. Featuring a digital microscope and an optional built-in camera, it allows easy data entry and produces detailed reports with statistics and images. Ideal for the metal, automotive, aerospace, and motorsport industries It excels in testing thin materials, galvanized layers, small specimens, and delicate samples. With manual or automatic measurement options, a high-resolution CCD camera, and data export to Excel, this machine offers precise and efficient hardness testing solutions.
Rockwell hardness tester
The Rockwell hardness tester is a versatile machine available in digital and semi-automatic models, ideal for metal workshops with load requirements between 60 and 150 kg. It excels in testing steel using displacement-based measurement principles and is available in both analog and digital versions, some with touchscreens for quick, automated testing. Eliminating optical readings keeps costs low and reduces operator errors. With advanced user interfaces, force feedback load applications, large inspection areas, and USB/RS-232 outputs for data transfer, this tester ensures precise and convenient hardness testing solutions.
