Lézer Trió Ltd. was founded in 2008 by the fusion of three, 100% Hungarian-owned companies, with the goal of establishing the first sheet-metal processing plant in the region. The plant is located in the Industrial Park of Gyöngyös, on an almost 2- hectare lot, a few kilometers from the eastern exit of the M3 highway. Initially, the company focused on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum sheet laser cutting. At present, however, they also engage in sheet bending, welding, engineering, assembly, and sheet distribution, meeting more complex needs.
In May 2019, a new TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 7000 cutting machine was installed at their plant, thus expanding the range of services offered. Thanks to complementary technologies, they can also meet specific requirements within short deadlines. Most common applications of manufactured products include furniture manufacturing, machine and tool manufacturing, exercise machine assembly, etc.

The company owns three state-of-the-art laser cutting machines, two CO2s and one Trumpf Fiber 5030 laser cutting machine, which represent the most advanced technology available today. The three pieces of state-of-the-art equipment complement each other and guarantee reliability of production. Moreover, three craned halls, each over 1,000m² in size, are equipped with a high-performance forklift for safe handling of steel plates and components.

Laser cutting of tubing

With the help of TruLaser Tube 7000, cutting of tubing has become a fast and precise process, enabling high-efficiency series production of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials up to a maximum length of 6000 mm with a maximum outer diameter of 254 mm. Relying on SmartProfile technology, cutting custom profiles is effortless, and thanks to BevelCut technology, bevel cutting is also feasible up to 45°.

Laser cutting

We perform laser cutting with our three laser cutting machines, two of which are CO2 lasers, /Trumpf 3040, Bystronic 4020/ and one is a cutting-edge Trumpf 5030 FIBER. Due to their large production capacity, they can serve the needs of existing and future partners safely and quickly. Lézer Trió is able to process 4x2-meter sheets based on drawings of dxf, dwg or 3D models in step format.

Bending

Our two plate bending machines can bend plates of max 10 mm in thickness up to 4000 mm in length or 25 mm in thickness up to 500 mm in length. The 7-axis CNC-controlled Amada 50-20 bending machiene is equipped with segmented tools, while the other machine, Amada HFE 3l 220 has a notable compression force of 220 tonnes.

Measurement technology

Our services also include the measurement of components and the preparation of measurement reports, using a three-axis Pioneer 3D coordinate measuring machine with an accuracy of 2,9 + 4L/1.000 μm according to ISO10360-2.

Welding

We also undertake further processing and welding of laser-cut or bent sheets with the help of AWI Fronius 300A and Alfaweld 250A machines, should those be made of aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel sheets.
