Plastics R&D&I
In order to provide our customers with the best solution, we focus on R&D&I in product development and production automation. Based on our six, skilled engineers and 30 years of experience in tool design and injection moulding, we continuously innovate products, tool designs and renovation, as well as automation process optimization.
Injection mould design and manufacturing
For injection moulding and injection blow moulding, we design and manufacture custom moulds, both for our own use and for individual orders, in high quality. In-house tooling provides shorter lead times, giving our customers an important competitive advantage. In all cases, we design the tooling to meet the needs of our partners.
Injection moulding, injection blow moulding
We offer a high technical quality service for low and high volume orders. We have plants equipped for 1, 2 or 3-component injection moulding, insert moulding, injection blow moulding and cube moulding with more than 100 injection moulding machines. We also produce caps, closures, coffee capsules, adapters, nozzles, dispensers, sanitary products, construction and precision electronic components in large series.
Automation
As we regularly deal with a large number of individual plastic components and products, our processes often require the integration of custom automation solutions. Both in-line, off-line and out-line solutions help us to produce faster and to standardize quality products.
Assembly and decoration
Our Budapest based factory has its own assembly plant equipped for semi- or fully-automated assembly of small and large series products, up to several million pieces per year, in a cleanroom environment if necessary. Our assembly processes are always industry and customer specific. While for some customers we deliver a fully assembled product ready for use, for others we may need a so-called raw part. In addition to assembly, we also provide decoration. Our most common process is pad printing.
