Rubber to metal bondings

Friction occurs during the movement of the fitted metal parts, which increases the erosion of key components. Ideally, the moving metal parts do not come into contact with each other, and the joint between them is achieved by rubber seals. The vulcanisation of rubber to metal is an operation requiring expertise and appropriate technology.

Compression molding

Even high hardness rubber materials can be made into robust, dimensionally stable new products thanks to compression moulding. Compression moulding is a fast and efficient way to produce large products with longer vulcanisation times.

Injection molding

The injection process has become one of the most efficient and sought-after technologies for rubber products, as it produces a dimensionally stable, perfectly vulcanised rubber part that does not require much post-processing.

Autoclave

Products that have already undergone the vulcanisation process but are not yet fully cured are treated in an autoclave. Autoclave is a technology used by many industries whereby rubber products that are not yet fully cured but have been vulcanised are placed in a high-pressure, hermetically sealed, furnace-like hot chamber where they are given their final, stable shape.
